The lamingoraphy imaging is an non-destructive testing used in the industrial field, commonly used to inspect industrial products using radiation sources, X-ray. Laminography has several advantages, such as high depth resolution. The reconstruction process of the image in This system use stationary inverse-geometry X-ray and causes Artifacts in final image due to limited number of projection. In this project, we proposed a spectral interpolation method (SIM) for correction to reduce the star artifacts. Tthe performance of the proposed method was evaluated with the SSIM. Comparing with conventional techniques, the SIM method showed superior performance in reducing star artifacts and improved the reconstructed images for poor number of projections.
