For products with different quantity discount strategies, sellers need to manually unify their quantity discount strategies for offering multi-product quantity discounts. Is it possible to develop an algorithm to automatically and efficiently provide reasonable quantity discounts for any product combinations while keeping each product’s personal-ized quantity discount strategy? This is the objective achieved via a brand-new approach in this paper. By analyzing the logic behind tra-ditional quantity discounts, I find the method to achieve the goal of this paper and use the rigorous mathematical method to develop a multi-product quantity discount algorithm that supports both contin-uous mode and discrete mode. As far as the relations of products’ quantities and prices are concerned, the new algorithm can accurately coordinate the benefits of buyers and sellers. As a result, it can be widely used in various fields where the relations of all parties’ benefits can be mapped to the relations of products’ quantities and prices.
