This paper evaluates a brushless double mechanical port flux-switching permanent-magnet that this machine is used in fields of high power and hybrid electrical vehicles. In design of this machine is studied the mandatory purpose in order to mentioned machine manufacturable and optimum design that for achieving stated target, choice of suitable design geometrics is crucial. Design purpose investigated in this paper is extracting appropriate geometric for realization of maximum efficiency by genetic algorithm is used as acceptable tool to optimize configuration of evaluated machine. For solving this problem is used Maxwell software (optimization tool in Maxwell software) and finite element method (numerical model), then, results are brought in tables and Figs.
