Cancer that forms in tissues of the breast. In this study, potential anti breast cancer targets are explored using network pharmacology. In which uniprot database used to obtain proteins and genes involved in breast cancer.GO biological process and enrichment data is obtained to identify anti breast cancer pathways. Cytoscape is used to analyze PPI networks and protein targets are selected for further virtual screening by molecular docking.
