As a sequel to the extraction of unique two-bit binary codes of four nucleotide bases Adenine(A), Guanine(G), Uracil / Thymine(U/T) and Cytosine(C) by the author [1] and fixation of numerical values of all the 64 codons of L- amino acids(Appendix-1a), various numerical symmetries are discovered amongst codons and codon blocks in the Standard Genetic Code(SGC) table for the first time and their implication are studied. Also , 20 canonical amino acids are assigned specific numerical values based on an integrated formula where the only variable is the integer value ranging from 1 to 16 which is the total number of cells in Genetic code table. Consequently, the AA can be converted to 8-bit binaries. Rumer transform is applied on the codons and polar – nonpolar bilateral numerical symmetry spontaneously emerges.
